How to request it
- Through your school. If the school created the account, tell the school administration.

What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in data.
- Location history and SOS evidence (photos, audio).
- Chat messages and “Contact us” conversations.
- Device (notification) and Telegram connections.
What may be kept
- Payment records that the law requires us to keep (for accounting).
- General statistics not linked to any individual.
We will let you know when we receive your request and when the deletion is complete.
Deleting only some data
To stop sharing location, the student turns off the “See where I am” switch in their own app. Screen time, and SOS camera and audio, are turned off in the same place. To delete other data, write to the contacts above.
