1. About the service
EduGuard is an app for parents, students, teachers and schools: a school diary, class timetable, attendance, grades, chat, location, safe zones, SOS and an AI assistant for teachers. Service owner: EduGuard.
2. Account
- The school creates the account, or you sign up in the app yourself. The homeroom teacher approves a student’s request.
- Don’t share your login and password with others. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Important information about SOS and safety features
- SOS and location depend on the internet, GPS, phone battery and app permissions. There are situations in which they may not work.
- EduGuard does not replace emergency services. If there is a threat to life or health, call 112 (unified emergency service), 102 (police) or 103 (ambulance) immediately.
4. Subscription and payment
- For new parents, all features are free for 3 days.
- After that, a subscription: 15 000 UZS/month for the first child, 10 000 UZS/month for the second, free for the third and fourth. For the first child, 3 months cost 40 000 UZS and 1 year costs 150 000 UZS.
- Payment is made in Payme, Click or Paynet using the account ID shown in the app. Premium activates after payment.
- The subscription is not charged automatically: when the period ends, you pay for the next one yourself.
- If a school signs an agreement with EduGuard, premium is free for the parents of its students.
- The SOS alert and location keep working even after a subscription ends.
- For refund questions, write to us. Requests are handled in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
5. Prohibited
- Using the service to track another person without their consent.
- Accessing someone else’s account, or attempting to hack or disrupt the system.
- Posting offensive or illegal content, or content that harms other users.
- Copying, modifying or reselling the app.
6. Account suspension
If the rules are broken, if there is a security risk, or if the law requires it, an account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
7. Intellectual property
The EduGuard name, logo, design and software belong to the service owner. Using them without permission is prohibited.
8. Liability
We strive to keep the service running without interruptions or errors. However, outages may occur because of the internet, devices and third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from such outages.
9. Changes
If the terms change, the date on this page is updated. We announce important changes in the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in the manner established by law.
